- Good day, SDVOSB s, VOSB s & SB's This will be a FSS Set Aside This Sources Sought is issued solely for informational and planning purposes only.� It does not constitute the issuance of a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future.� The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified SB and large businesses.� This is not a request for bids, quotes, offers, or proposals. The responses to this announcement will assist in determining the socio-economic status such as a SDVOSB set-aside if feasible.� If insufficient SDVOSB responses are received to establish the basis for setting this requirement aside for SDVOSB s, the requirement may be solicited as a VOSB or a SB set aside, if no or not enough small business responses are received, this may be solicited as unrestricted, all interested parties responding shall be eligible to compete. Please direct reply in the affirmative via email if you are interested and can provide the required product/service for this requirement. Please provide your capability statement,� I will accept responses for this Sources Sought until the 30th of December 2025 14:00, thanks. 1.General: The Lee County VA Clinic located at 2489 Diplomat Parkway East, Cape Coral, FL 33909-5422 has a requirement for Qty 23 Stryker 1115 Big Wheel Prime Series Name Brand or Equal. 2.Background: This is in support of replacing the current stretchers due to their 13 years of age and technological upgrades. The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this Statement of Need (SON), except as may otherwise be specified. The Stryker 1115 Big Wheel Prime Series Stretcher (Qty 23) are the basis of design (BOD), General Stretcher (Brand Name or Equal). 3.Scope of Work: These stretcher units are designed for use in surgery and ACC. General specifications for stretcher system BOD models (Brand Name or Equal) must include: Shall include footboard display for bed exit controls, power and location, integrated scale Shall include electric-powered lift pedal Shall include two-year warranty Shall have a length of at least 84 Shall have a 700 lb weight capacity Shall have a height of 20.75-34 Shall have electric patient controls Shall have center-locking brake system with dual end activators Shall have dual end braking and steering controls Shall include glide away siderails Shall include trade in of current stretchers 4.Delivery: Delivery of fully assembled goods only. No work by the contractor is to be done on-station. Items shall be delivered at the delivery address and the approved times listed below. Confirmation of delivery location will be provided post-award. Lee County VA Clinic 2489 Diplomat Parkway East Cape Coral, FL 33909-5422 Delivery hours are Monday Friday, 8am 3:30pm, excluding Federal Holidays (New Year s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).
