This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for 1500 CFM HEPA Filters. 1. Make sure there is a Point of Contact Name, Email, and Phone Number on your submittal. 2. RETURN ALL paperwork requested (RFQ & any attached forms). The PSNS RFQ form AND Vendor Information sheet is required. An internal Company quote is optional. See the attached RFQ and other documents for details of the requirement and submittal instructions.
