- ***AMENDMENT 1 as of 12/23/2025 This amendment to Solicitation RFQ W912PQ26QA002 is to 1.) extend the date quotes due, is now out to 5 JAN 2026 . FROM 29 DEC 2025 9:00 am EST TO 5 JAN 2026 9:00 am EST. and 2.) provide answers to several interested parties questions Questions and Answers: 1. Should the transmission be automatic or manual? Is there a preference or requirement? Automatic 2. Who is responsible for the monthly PM service? The driver that will be utilizing the truck and trailer will bring in to where it needs to go to get the monthly maintenance but costs should be covered by the vendor. 3. Is there a specific requirement for make, model and year of the tractor and trailer? No just ensure that the conditions of the contract are met 4. Monthly maintenance and insurance required by vendor? YES. 5. TOLLs / EZPASS required by Vendor? NO *** Submit Signed Amendment 1 with your quote. There will be an average of 4,000 miles each month. Delivery/Pick up: Vendor will deliver (1) Tandem-axle Sleeper Truck and (1) 53� Aluminum low profile step deck Trailer with ramps to location listed below by or before 4PM est 12 JAN 2026 . Vendor will pick-up (1) Tandem-axle Sleeper Truck and (1) 53� Aluminum low profile step deck Trailer with ramps from location listed below by 4PM est 11 JAN 2027. Command Support Maintenance Shop C 1500 East Henrietta Road Rochester NY 14623 Salient characteristics and RFQ attached. This solicitation is being posted as full and open competition under NAICs 532120 Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all criteria of the Attached Salient characteristics, RFQ, and have current active registration in SAM at www.sam.gov. Quotes are due no later than 29 DECEMBER 2025, 9:00am EST via email to Meghan.A.Sheridan.civ@army.mil. 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. To be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.
