Description

MICC Fort Irwin hereby issues Request for Quotations (RFQ) W9124B26Q1B1A for the procurement of Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordinator services at Fort Irwin, California. This requirement is solicited as a commercial service under FAR Parts 12 and 13, and this acquisition is a 100 percent Small Business Set Aside. The Government has provided the complete Combined Synopsis/Solicitation as an attachment to this notice, which includes the Performance Work Statement, the applicable Wage Determination, and the Addendum to FAR 52.212 1 and FAR 52.212 2 detailing quote submission requirements and evaluation procedures. Offerors are required to review all attached documents and submit quotes through the PIEE Solicitation Portal in strict accordance with the instructions contained in the solicitation. All quotes must be submitted electronically through the PIEE Solicitation Portal. Email, fax, or mailed submissions will not be accepted. Offerors shall adhere to the formatting requirements, quote content standards, and submission procedures outlined in the solicitation. Quotes must be received by the date and time specified in the solicitation to be considered for evaluation.
