- SYNOPSIS: NSN 4235-016282158, SPILL CLEAN-UP KIT; WSIC: N; IQC: 1000219122; Issue Date: 12/22/25; Closing Date: 1/5/26. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 5-year base period. This procurement will be a Total Small Business aside. Certified Cost and Pricing Data is not required for this procurement. EEO clearance is not required. Progress Payments are not authorized for this procurement. This is a Commercial Item. SPRS apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will equally weigh. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote.
