- Amendment 0001 Amendment 0001 hereby adds site visit details and map, updates 00 22 16 Evaluation Criteria, removes clauses related to CMMC and provides an updated 09 90 00. The site visit information is included, see clause 52.236-27 ALT I. Section 5.1 in Evaluation Criteria 00 22 16 is updated to exclude resume pages from the page limit. Clauses 252.204-7021 and 252.204-7025 are removed. The previously issued sheet A-711 in its entirety with the new sheet A-711 issued with the amendment. Similarly, we will replace previously issued specification section 09 90 00 in its entirety and replace with the new specification section 09 90 00, in its entirety. THIS PROJECT INVOLVES THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN APPROXIMATELY 25,000 SQUARE FOOT 3-BAY AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE HANGAR TO SUPPORT THE BEDDOWN OF THE F-35 AIRCRAFT LOCATED IN FORT SMITH, ARKANSAS.THIS ACQUISITION IS FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. THIS SOLICITATION AND RESULTING CONTRACT ARE UTILIZING A BEST VALUE TRADE-OFF PROCUREMENTMETHOD AS DESCRIBED IN FAR PART 15.IN ACCORDANCE WITH DFAR 236.204, THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION IS BETWEEN $25,000,000.00 AND $100,000,000.00. THE NAICS CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 236220, COMMERCIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. THE SIZE STANDARD IS $45,000,000. ALSO SEE FAR52.204-8.
