- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services provided in accordance with the format in Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W50S9C-26-Q-A002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in affect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06. The Vermont Air National Guard has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for lodging services for the Regularly Scheduled Drill (RSD) as outlined in this solicitation and attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS Code 721110 with size standard $40.0M.
