- Solicitation 70Z03026QCLEV1006 - U.S. Coast Guard Cleveland Moorings Oily Waste Removal Services Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for the U.S. Coast Guard Cleveland Moorings Oily Waste Removal Services.? Refer to the Statement of Work for requirements. No incumbent exists as this project is a new requirement. Site visits are encouraged for the development of an accurate quote.
