Related Notice: RFI: HT942526Q0025 Product Service Code (PSC): J046 - Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Water Purification and Sewage Treatment Equipment North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors The Defense Health Agency Contracting Agency (DHACA) intends to award on a sole source basis IAW FAR 13.5 to HydroMax, Inc., 4 Creamery Way, Emmitsburg, Maryland, 21727-8803, USA. as the only responsible source that can provide Walter Reed Army institute of Research (WRAIR), Pilot Bioproduction Facility (PBF), the repair and supplies in accordance with the Government�s Minimum Essential Characteristics (MECs).
