- ---Update December 22, 2025--- Due to input from Industry, this Intent to Sole Source is hereby cancelled. The FAA is revising its procurement strategy and a Market Survey for this requirement will be posted prior to January 7, 2026 requesting capability statements regarding this requirement. Once that posting is published a link to it will be provided in this posting The below notice is hereby cancelled NOTICE OF DECISION TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE SOURCE: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, intends to award a single source contract to Merative US L.P. for an Annual Subscription to Marketscan (Linked Claims and Electronic Health Record (EHR) Database). Marketscan is owned by Merative and they are the sole distributor/subscription provider for Marketscan access. Purpose of the Announcement: In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures.
