- The Defense Logistics Agency (Energy), as the Department of Defense (DoD) Integrated Materiel Manager (IMM) for fuel products and related services, intends to issue a solicitation for Direct Delivery Fuels (DDF) under a full and open competitive requirement. The solicitation will be open to all vendors capable of meeting this requirement. Fuel types are indicated under �Requirement Description� below. The various locations for this requirement are in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Performance Period: February 1, 2027 � January 31, 2030 NSA II Fuel Farm: 6,000 U.S. Gallons (MUM) - Gasoline, Midgrade Unleaded NSN: 9130-01-272-0983 NSA 3 (AV UNIT): 72,000 U.S. Gallons (SFD) - Diesel Fuel, 10 PPM Sulfur NSN: 9140-01-556-9156 PAT NAVCENT-38 12,000 U.S. Gallons (SFD) - Diesel Fuel, 10 PPM Sulfur NSN: 9140-01-556-9156 JMAST Compound, NSA 1 Bldg. 205: 40,000 U.S. Gallons (SFD) - Diesel Fuel, 10 PPM Sulfur NSN: 9140-01-556-9156 Total Estimated Quantity (3 years): 390,000 gallons
