- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.201 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03826QK0000003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect as of November 28, 2025, IAW the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a competitive basis as a result of this solicitation for the following item: SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES Line Item 1 Nomenclature: Bearing, Plain, Self National Stock Number (NSN): 3120-01-084-2543 Part Number (P/N): KWDB12-7 (Manufacturer CAGE Code: 97613) Alternate P/N: SB5077-101 (Manufacturer CAGE Codes: 78286, 15860, and 97613) Alternate P/N: 3120PL1967938 (Manufacturer CAGE Code: 9009H) Alternate P/N: SBSH24ATC44YA2252 (Manufacturer CAGE Codes: 21335, 3NPS1) Quantity: eighty (80) each Optional Quantity:* up to an additional eighty (80) each Required Delivery Date: ninety (90) days after receipt of order (ARO) *At the time of award, the USCG will place an order for the purchase of eighty (80) each Bearing, Plain, Self. In accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.217-6, the USCG may require up to eighty (80) each, additional Bearing, Plain, Self at the same price specified in the original purchase order. The Contracting Officer may exercise this option by written notice to the Contractor through one year after date of award (or other mutually agreed-upon date). Delivery terms for additional orders shall be the same as called for in the original purchase order unless the parties otherwise agree.
