The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Requirements (IDR) contract an intended minimum quantity of 23 each CELL, FUEL, AIRCRAFT; NSN: 1560-01-537-5290; Part Number: HM022-026-21 applicable to the CH-47 CHINOOK. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 23 each, 608 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 23 each, 405 DACA with deliveries to ROBINS AFB, GA, 31098-1887. This item is restricted to the following: ROBERTSON FUEL SYSTEM, CAGE CODE: 1T765 KAMPI COMPONENTS, CAGE CODE: 7Z016 The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.
