- RFIs: 1. Do you know the specific dates in January that you will be staying? Roster has not been fully developed; manifest will be provided after award 2 . The Period of Performance on the Combined Synopsis states January 1, 2026 - January 31, 2026 is that correct? If so, what are the actual dates of occupancy for the lodging addresses listed? PoP is correct. Manifest will be provided after award. 3. The pricing grid on the Combined Synopsis indicates the quantity of rooms 300 nights which totals the monthly lodging requirements, however there are 7 different per diem rates covering the Unit addresses, should there be 7 separate pages for each address or 7 line items on one page that lists the proposed lodging rate? Total quantity should add up to 300. Please provide pricing in accordance with SOW. 4. The Combined Synopsis lists the USCG Units as monthly lodging requirements, yet the period of performance is only the month of January 2026, is that correct? PoP is correct. Lodging requirement will be for 1 month. 5. Section C.4.3 entitled Technical Requirements addresses contractors receiving monthly manifests by units with a response time of 14 calendar days, yet this solicitation only allows 2 days to submit proposals for the month of January, is the period of performance incorrect? Due short timeline, manifest will provided after award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z08426Q71110001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for USCG Temporary Lodging (TL) to include but not limited to lodging locator and reservation services for Reserve Coast Guard personnel while performing Inactive Duty Training (IDT). The service requirements relate directly to mission essential items as identified in this Statement of Work (SOW) and provide for the highest level of service delivery performance critical to mission success. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
