- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z02926QNEWO5353 This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses. This acquisition is Total Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS is 812320. The PSC is S209. The contract type will be a firm fixed price service contract. The government proposes to solicit from the attached scope of work. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses and Department of Labor Wage Rates for Services are included in this order and are applicable. Vendors doing business with the Coast Guard must be registered or be willing to register with the System Award Management at www.SAM.gov. This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Service Contract awarded to the offeror with the Lowest Price/Technically Acceptable. Offerors must be actively registered in System for Award Management. United States Coast Guard Base New Orleans, LA is accepting proposals for qualified individuals or firms to service to provide weekly linen services at USCG Base New Orleans. The Contractor shall provide the following types and quantities of clean linens listed in the SOW without visible stains or damage. It is mandatory to examine the Statement of work and recommended to visit the facility as per FAR 52.237-1 to take field measurements, evaluations, etc., and become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. After the award of contract, a pre-conference will be held prior to starting the work at Coast Guard New Orleans. Please see the attached Statement of Work for specifications of work. 30 DAY ARO FOB Destination to: USCG Base New Orleans 1790 Saturn Blvd New Orleans, LA 70129 This will be a Base plus 4 option year Contract. Base Year: 01 JAN 2026 -31 DEC 2026 Option Year 1: 01 JAN 2027 -31 DEC 2027 Option Year 2: 01 JAN 2028 -31 DEC 2028 Option Year 3: 01 JAN 2029 -31 DEC 2029 Option Year 4: 01 JAN 2030 -31 DEC 2030 FAR 52.237-1 -- Site Visit. Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable.
