The USCG is conducting market Research for Temporary Lodging Services to support Sector New York personnel participating in the SAIL 250 large-scale maritime event from June 28, 2026, to July 11, 2026. Set-Aside: No NAICS: 721110 PCS: V231 Period of Performance: June 28, 2026 � July 11, 2026 Double Occupancy: Yes The Contractor shall provide accommodations and associated services for approximately 550 personnel distributed across three locations within a 20 mile radius: 10 Search Ln, Staten Island, NY, 10306 (250 personnel, double occupancy 125 rooms). 20 Crispin Rd, Highlands, NJ, 07732 (150 personnel, double occupancy, 75 rooms). 85 Port Terminal Blvd, Bayonne, NJ, 07002 (150 personnel, double occupancy, 75 rooms).
