- REQUEST FOR QUOTE 36C26226Q0016: This notice is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The RFQ identifier is 36C26226Q0016. The RFQ document, with instructions (36C26226Q0016.pdf), is electronically attached in the Attachments/Links section of this notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 is requesting quotes from contractors to provide Cardiovascular Technologist Staffing services for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS). This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
