- Description
- This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a contract that will support the Roadside Safety Research and Federal Outdoor Impact Laboratory (FOIL) by procuring advanced crash analysis technical support services. The Contractor will be required to furnish technical crash analysis and trasportation engineering research support services in support of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The government intends to award a single award 60-month Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract utilizing Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Materials (T&M)/Labor Hour (LH), or a hybrid of both types, Task Orders. Please see the attached RFP documents for more information. Questions on the RFP are due by December 16th, 2025 at noon ET. Please see the attached document for questions received under the RFP and the Government's response.
