- The U.S. Army Center of Military History (CMH) � Army Museum Enterprise (AME) and Army Contracting Command � Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) are conducting a market survey to identify businesses capable of providing an advanced environmental monitoring system for forty-three individual locations within AME. Please see the attachment for further details. Interested offerors are asked to complete the questionnaire within the attachment and provide answers back electronically to sydney.r.huston.civ@army.mil Please note: This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ).
