- The New York Army National Guard requests one (1) tandem-axle sleeper tractor and trailer to be leased for twelve (12) months to facilitate rapid transport of large equipment to multiple locations throughout NY state. There will be an average of 4,000 miles each month. Delivery/Pick up: Vendor will deliver (1) Tandem-axle Sleeper Truck and (1) 53� Aluminum low profile step deck Trailer with ramps to location listed below by or before 4PM est 12 JAN 2026 . Vendor will pick-up (1) Tandem-axle Sleeper Truck and (1) 53� Aluminum low profile step deck Trailer with ramps from location listed below by 4PM est 11 JAN 2027. Command Support Maintenance Shop C 1500 East Henrietta Road Rochester NY 14623 Salient characteristics and RFQ attached. This solicitation is being posted as full and open competition under NAICs 532120 Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all criteria of the Attached Salient characteristics, RFQ, and have current active registration in SAM at www.sam.gov. Quotes are due no later than 29 DECEMBER 2025, 9:00am EST via email to Meghan.A.Sheridan.civ@army.mil. 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. To be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. The solicitation and all amendments are posted on www.Sam.Gov Contracting Opportunities. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list.
