- This Statement of Work (SOW) is for the design, demolition, and installation of HVAC equipment at building 1510. The building is 4,400 square feet and conditioned with a 4-pipe system composed of a one year old chiller, 40 year old air handling unit with straight ducted air, and a 9 year old boiler system supply hot water coils. The air handling unit, hot water coils, and boiler will be the main components replaced. Please see attachment 01 for details. Description This is a Sources Sought Notice and is issued solely for market research and planning purposes to identify potential sources capable of providing the construction needs listed in the statement of work. The Government intends to award a construction contract for the repair of B1510 HVAC. Anticipated Solicitation Release Date: To be Determined 2.
