- Synopsis and Solicitation Notice for W912CH-25-R-0020 - Specialized Shipping and Storage Containers Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, the United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC/DTA) intends to award a sole source, first fixed price, five year, long term contract. Sole sources to Hardigg Industries, LLC. for the following item: Noun: Shipping and Storage Container NSN: 8145-01-535-5579 Part Number: 16776-101 Quantity: Estimated 198 NAICS: 332439 Unit of Issue: Each Inspection/Acceptance: Origin FOB Point: Destination Level of Preservation/Packaging: Commercial/Commercial The solicitation is anticipated for release in four to six weeks and will contain the required technical information and a specific due date and time. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
