- James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, 809 Lamont St, Mountain Home, TN 37684 has a requirement to Project Concrete Repairs B2, B43, B45, B160 & B162. Contractor shall repair and/or replace concrete deficiencies at various James H. Quillen VA Medical Center buildings, Mountain Home, Tennessee. Repairs include bldgs. 2, 43, 45,162 and 160 where the existing basketball court will be demolished and replaced with 6 steel reinforced concrete. The period of performance will be 14 calendar days. PRODUCT/SERVICE CODE: Y1PZ Construction of Other Non-Building Facilities NAICS Code 238110 Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors, applies to this requirement. The small business size standard is $19M. The estimated range of construction is Between $100,000 and $250,000. This will be a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C. section 8127(d). The database will be checked at the time of offer submission as well as prior to award. All offers must also have an active listing in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. In addition to the requirements as set forth in the solicitation notice (to be issued), the proposed contractor must also be determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9. The Contracting Officer will determine responsibility prior to any award being made. Questions related to this requirement will only be addressed in writing by way of email to the Contract Specialist at jen.jamieson@va.gov. The Project Number, Project Name and Solicitation Number must be included in the subject line of all questions related to this requirement.
