- Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Legal Services. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The purpose of this contract is to obtain comprehensive legal services in accordance with the Statement of Work below. The contractor will provide written and oral legal advice on a wide range of legal questions or problems concerning the U.S. Embassy Tirana, focusing on Albanian labor law and related legislation.
