Extend RFC closing date to 8 December 2025, 1300 EST. Revise ship check date to November 26 2025, 0800 EST. Revise J2. Revise WI Index Amendment 0002: Revise WIs 100, 109, 158, 161, 181, 186, 214, 451, 452 and 510. Remove WIs 401, 525 and 673. Incorporate RFCs 6-18, 21-24, 26-37, 39-45, 47-49, 51-57, 59-78. Ship Check updated to be on USNS GRUMMAN vice USNS LARAMIE. Revise J-2. Revise WI Index. Amendment 0003: Remove WI 412. Revise WI 451, 452 and 509. Incorporate RFCs 2, 19, 20, 25, 50, 58, 79-95. Extend solicitation closing date to 7 January 2026 at 1300 EST. Revise WI Index. Revise J-2.
