- This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes.� Solicitation, 36C24626Q0102, will be issued on or about December 15, 2025.� The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement for Network Water Testing Services for the Asheville VAMC. This is for a base + 4 option year contract.
