- NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Mechanicsburg is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to manufacture the items as specified within this document. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 or The Government intends to solicit as full and open competition. The Government intends to solicit for the procurement of the below listed items for use on the escape system of the A-4F/M, A-10A/C, AV-8B, AT-38B, B-52H, EA-6B, EA-7L, ES-3A, F-5F/N, F-16A/B/C/D/N, NA-6E, NEA-6B, NTA-4F/J,OA-4M, OA-10A, OV-10D/G, QF-16C, S-3A/B, T-2B/C, TAV-8B, T-38A/B/C/E/N, TA-4F/J, TA-7C, TF-16N, XV-15 aircraft. The government does possess the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the item NSN: 1377-00-731-9271 M688 (442 EA) NSN: 1377-00-731-9272 M689 (920 EA) NSN: 1377-00-845-1059 M700 (114 EA) NSN: 1377-00-684-3313 M218 (NSP to be built and installed in the M688/M689/M700 WILL NOT BE PROVIDED AS GFM) All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received prior to the closing date of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
