The Government proposes to acquire on a Five-Year Indefinite Delivery Requirement (IDR) contract with a quantity of 156 each of a GENERATOR,ALTERNATI; NSN: 6115-01-676-9896; Part Number: 2060041-1 applicable to the UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) without First Article Testing is 156 each, 504 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TRACEY, CA, 95304-5000. This item is restricted to the following: HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC., CAGE CODE: 64547 SHERWOOD AVIONICS & ACCESSORIES, CAGE CODE: 3EM37 The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
