Site Visit Information: Date: 15 December 2025 at 11:00 AM Attendance at the site visit is not mandatory but is heavily encouraged for all planning to submit a quotation. Please RSVP via email to Amanda Robinson at amanda.p.robinson2.civ@army.mil no later than 24 hours before the site visit with the name(s) of those attending and the company represented. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early and meet outside of the visitor center. This will be the only site visit, alternate dates and/or times will not be permitted.
