- This is a negotiated procurement action requesting proposals. See the attached documents for more information. The Project Title is Provide Gravel Parking Area at 2611 Vo Tech Drive, Weslaco TX78596. This is a total (100%) small business set aside. The NAICS for this action is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. The size standard is $45,000,000. As required by FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Offerors interested in a site visit prior to solicitation closing must contact Shawn.T.Jenkins@uscg.mil and Angela.M.Barker@uscg.mil immediately to facilitate access to the worksite. Attendance at a site visit is not mandatory and will not influence the outcome of this procurement. Offerors must be registered at SAM.gov at the time of offer submittal. AMENDMENT 001 is posted to to provide answers to submitted questions and edit FAR clause 52.211-10. See the attachments.
