- NOTE: Due to technical issues with the new Army Contract Writing System (ACWS), a system generated SF30 amendment 0005 cannot be issued at this time for W912HN25BA021. Once this system issue is resolved, the attached memo will serve as an official amendment 0005 for W912HN26BA 021. A revised Bid Schedule is attached to this memo. FAR Clause 52.217-7- Option for Increased Quantity-Separately Priced Line Item. (Mar 1989) has also been updated. There are no Technical or Contract Drawings changes with this amendment.
