- SUPPLY 50PPM DIESEL TO U.S. EMBASSY PRETORIA | QUOTATIONS DUE 26 DEC 2025 - ref: PR15744421 REQUIREMENT: 1: 50PPM DIESEL - 26, 000L - DELIVERED TO 877 PRETORIUS STR, ARCADIA, 0001, PRETORIA, SOUTH AFRICA Due to space issues, fuel must be delivered in two consignments in a truck no larger than a RIGID - To include diesel test kits on delivery 2: 50PPM DIESEL - 4000L - DELIVERED TO 100 TOTIUS STR, GROENKLOOF, PRETORIA, 0186, SOUTH AFRICA Fuel must be delivered in a truck no larger than a RIGID - To include diesel test kits on delivery PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE INTAKE NOZZLE AT THIS ADDRESS. PICTURES ATTACHED. QUOTATIONS MUST BE ON A COMPANY LETTERHEAD WITH ALL COMPANY DETAILS AND CONTACTS QUOTES ARE DUE ON 26 DECEMBER 2025 QUOTATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO pretoria_quotations@state.gov and cc baasdenjw@state.gov No alterations or price adjustments will be accepted. The U.S. Government awards to a responsible company with the means to supply this commodity and submits the lowest priced quotation. The award is done on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competative range if there is a need to do so. U.S Government Payment terms: Note that NO DEPOSIT payments will be authorized. The Embassy issues only fixed priced contracts; therefore, you must confirm that your prices will remain fixed. The US Embassy will make no provision for fluctuations in price or exchange rates after the order has been placed. If your price is dependent on these fluctuations, you MUST make provision for possible increases in your quoted price. Available Payment methods: EFT � Payment will be made within 30 calendar days after delivery of goods and/or services AND receipt of invoice, whichever islater. Kindly be advised that as a Diplomatic Mission we represent the U.S. Government and are unable to sign any legal documents, including credit applications and T�s & C�s. By submitting a quote, you waiver any such requirement. The successful offeror will be required to: 1: Comply with the U.S. clauses (attached) signed document to be submitted with the quotation. South African T&C does not apply. By submitting a quotation you accept the U.S. Embassy's T&C. 2. The Offered must be SAM registered and must complete the NDAA certification document and submit with the quotation. (Attached)
