Description

The Other Than Full and Open solicitation will be issued under PR number 1000202557 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). NAICS 334419 NSN: 6150-014481171, CABLE ASSEMBLY, POWER; EXPORT CONTROL; HIGHER LEVEL Approved Source: MARVIN ENGINEERING CO, INC (CAGE 32067) P/N 7002576-2 THE BOEING COMPANY (CAGE 76301) P/N 7002576-2 Required delivery is 300 days. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) � 51 each. The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. This is a 5-year base period without an option. FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Origin for DLA Direct. EXPORT-CONTROL APPLIES AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE TECHNICAL DATA AND ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARD ARE LIMITED TO THOSE SUPPLIERS QUALIFIED THROUGH JCP CERTIFICATION, OR TO THOSE LICENSED BY EITHER THE DEPARTMENTS OF STATE OR COMMERCE; OR TO FOREIGN SUPPLIERS PURSUANT TO INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS. ""Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 24 Dec 2025. Electronic (DIBBS) Proposals are to be submitted in accordance with FAR 15.208 and notify/cc the Acquisition Specialist.
