- The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, will release a solicitation for Call center services in support of the U.S Embassy Paris, France. This solicitation for Call Center services is restricted to U.S. firms only. Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States of America in Paris, France, will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Friday December 19, 2025 at 16:00 (local time). Interested bidders shall request more information to Pariscontracting@state.gov by Thursday December 18, 2025 � 16:00 (local time). The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for one base year and two one-year options under which task orders shall be placed to order the services. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov? prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.? Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.?
