- Description
- Luke AFB is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) for audio services for the Luke Air Force Base 2026 Air Show. The project's scope consists of: the vendor setting up from March 18-19, operations from March 20-22, and removal/tear down from March 23. Please review all documents attached to this RFQ for more information. Evaluation Criteria is listed within clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. All offerors must provide a full Capabilities statement in order for the Governement to determine Technical Acceptabilitty. Quote Submission Deadline (12/17/2025): The deadline to submit a quote in response to this RFQ is December 17th, 2025 @ 1500 EST. Interested vendors must submit their proposal to the POCs via email by this deadline to be considered for award. Quotes that are submitted must be valid through March 14th, 2026.
