- Please see attached solicitation document and solicitation attachments. Note that as provided on page 63 of the solicitation (page 64 of the PDF document), a virtual pre-proposal conference is being provided via TEAMS on Monday, January 12, 2026 at 10:00hours CET. Interested offerors are to submit the email addresses of all participants by no later than 13:00hours CET on Friday, January 09, 2026. The deadline for submission of questions is January 16, 2026 at 15:00hours CET. The deadline for submission of proposal is February 06, 2026 at 15:00hours CET. The contractor must have a physical address in Zimbabwe and submit authorization to operate and do business in Zimbabwe as outlined in the solicitation. Health Insurance Services must be provided no later than August 01, 2026. Offerors must have an System for Award Management (SAM) registration with ""active"" status at time of proposal submission.
