- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE USED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION DECISIONS. A SUBSEQUENT SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT MAY FOLLOW. RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS AN ADEQUATE RESPONSE TO ANY FUTURE ANNOUNCEMENT. Joint Base Charleston, SC, is seeking a contractor to provide support services for the 628th Force Support Squadron (FSS). Familiarity with the 628th FSS organization and mission, as well as the military structure and lifestyle challenges faced by today's military members and their families, is highly desirable for all direct service providers. The current requirement is being fulfilled by an 8(a) qualified vendor. Interested parties should provide the following information: (1) Company Name, Company Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email Address, DUNS number, and CAGE Code. (2) Capability Statement and/or information you wish to provide about your business. (3) Three customer references to which your business has provided similar services. (4) Your small business size representation for NAICS 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services (e.g., is your business small or large? If small, is your business VOSB, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB, HUBZone, 8(a), etc.?). The Size Standard for NAICS 541611 is $24.5M. (5) Do you believe this acquisition should be assigned a different NAICS other than 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services? If so, which one? (6) Do you believe this acquisition should be assigned a different PSC other than R499 - SUPPORT- PROFESSIONAL: OTHER? If so, which one? (7) Does your company typically hire part-time or full-time personnel for performing similar or related services? (8) Has your company previously encountered noncompliance issues? If so, what measures (including a Plan of Action) did your company take to correct the issue(s)? Interested parties shall provide the following support services: Social Education and Consultation Support Services: Positions in this area will be responsible for providing services in: Financial Management Personal and Work Life Balance Employment Assistance Ombudsman Services Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) Support Relocation Assistance Transition Assistance Volunteer Program Support Certified Financial Education and Consultation Support Services Administrative Assistance and Scheduling Support Services IT Hardware/Application Support Services All services must be performed in accordance with all applicable DoD and Air Force standards, AFI, Standard Operating Procedures, laws, regulations, and other requirements as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All work performed by the Contractor, as detailed in the attached draft PWS, shall conform to the applicable latest editions of relevant specifications and standards.
