- 36C24126Q0036 - Office Containers Q&A In regards to subject solicitation, would it be possible to provide pictures of the locations identified in the solicitation, paragraph 7: Pictures will be provided of the current setup. A-Building 5 alley in the Northeast corner of Parking Lot W5 B-Building 5 alley in the Northeast corner of Parking Lot W5, against the granite sidewalk curbing C-Building 4 alley in the Northeast corner of Parking Lot W5 Pictures will help determine whether certain type of work will be necessary or not. Office Type is a metal container office within scope or is some other TEMP office construction such as typical mobile trailer preferred? Yes. The office containers are within spec for the scope of work. # Units the solicitation indicates (2) 20 -0 units and (1) 40 -0 unit.� Is width the standard 8 -0 and height 8 -6 or are other DIMS preferred? Standard height/width is acceptable. INT Build-Out Walls / Ceilings are walls cladded in pre-fab metal or other material such as gypsum or wood paneling? PVC or plastic material walls and ceilings are sufficient. Flooring LVT or some other flooring specification? Vinyl Flooring is sufficient. Lighting surface mount fluorescent or other?� Please specify. Over ceiling lighting (LED) Power wall mount standard duplex 110V receptacles?� How many?� If other, please specify.� What is amperage requirement for panel box? Power available. 110V and around 6 outlets HVAC one wall-mount mini-split? Any other HVAC specifications? HVAC provided. Heating and cooling. Outside attachment of HVAC system. Plumbing any plumbing, restroom required? No plumbing needed. ADA Provision ramp access and 36 wide entry door only?� Any other ADA provisions? No ADA provisions. Delivery Date what is intended date for VA personnel to occupy? 02/02/2026. The pricing table shows 1 line item, with the description ""Office Containers"". Would you like the cost of all 3 containers in that 1 line item? Or should we have 3 line items (1 for each container)? All on one line item. Could you please clarify the required interior layout and configuration for each of the three office containers? Open for workspace office space. No dividers are needed. Specifically, we would like to confirm whether VA Manchester has a preferred room partitioning, entry orientation, or workspace layout (e.g., open office, divided offices, or mixed use), or if the vendor may provide a standard commercial office configuration suitable for administrative occupancy
