- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C10X26R0001 is issued as a� Request for Proposal (RFP) for� Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Caregivers Support Program (CSP) Financial and Legal Services. This acquisition� is not� set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at� www.acquisition.gov. The solicitation incorporates all VA Class Deviations implementing the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) that are effective as of the solicitation issue date identified in Block 6 above. All other clauses use FAR FAC Number 2025-26, effective 10-01-2025. The NAICS Code is 541110 Office of Lawyers; Product Service Code R418 Legal Services.
