- *Please note that this RFQ is not ready to be posted. * The United States Embassy in Mexico City seeks to procure gym memberships for its Department of Defense (DoD) and Defense Attach� Office (DAO) military personnel stationed in Mexico City. These memberships will support physical fitness and wellness initiatives, which are essential for maintaining operational readiness and overall well-being. A total of 31 memberships are required. All responsible sources may submit a proposal as long as it complies with the RFQ requirements. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price Purchase Order. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a) Offerors are required to be registered in SAM at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror�s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, you are encouraged to complete the registration process and have an active account in sam.gov prior to proposal submission. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://sam.gov/content/entity-landing This opportunity will allow electronic responses for quotation submission via email. Further details will be provided in the Solicitation once launched.
