- Please be advised that this notice is not a solicitation. The purpose of this motice is to acknowledge the justification for other than full and open competition for comprehensive medical services for the Federal Correctional Institution at Terminal Island. This service is deemed essential to maintain the healthcare needs of the inmate population. Monthly purchase orders will be taken place untila new CMS contract is fulfilled. The period of performance will be from October 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025.
