- Page 2 of 2 The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106(b) to obtain services from Medialab Laboratory Software Network System Subscription for VISN 02 North. Period of performance: Estimated to begin on 01/01/2026 to 12/31/2031 Basic description of the requirement: VISN 2 North Healthcare System requires a Medialab Laboratory Software Network System Subscription. MediaLab Solutions LLC document control service is vital in sustaining accreditation compliance and continuity of operations. A lapse in continual service will result in work stoppage and catastrophic delay in patient care. Place of Performance: VISN 2 North Facilities The NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 Other Computer Related Services Intended Source: THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by December 3, 2025 at 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with RESPONSE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Medialab Solutions, LLC in the subject line. All documents submitted, will not be returned.
