- This is a solicitation for the Fort Leonard Wood and LORA Roofing Construction Services. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION FOR SEAL BID; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a total Small Business Set Aside. The solicitation number is W911S7-25-B-A004, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Bid. The NAICS code is 238160 with a small business size standard of $19M. Description of Requirement: The work to be performed will include, but not be limited to, providing and replacing roofs and other miscellaneous items in accordance with (IAW) the attached Technical Exhibit A and specifications. This contract will be a delivery order style contract. All work required shall be on a requirement basis as directed by the Contracting Officer on a delivery order. The Contractor will be paid only for actual quantity of work performed for each Task Item. This is an IDIQ contract for Roofing for a period of five (5) years (Base Year plus four (4) Option Years). Sept 24, 2025: Amendment 0001 - add FAR Clause 52.223-2 Reporting of Biobased Products Under Service and Construction Contracts. ****Oct 1, 2025: Amendment 0002- The purpose of this modification is to change/extend the following dates on the solicitation: -The site visit 11 November 2025 at 10:00 AM (CST) -The Technical Questions are due to Contracting Office by 14 November 2025 at 1:00 PM (CST) , and -The Bid Opening is 27 November 2025 at 1:00 PM (CST) Please ignore the dates on DFARS 252.217-7027 Contract Definitization, due to system error and unable to update dates at this time.
