- Description
- N0016425SNB96 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/SOURCES SOUGHT- Weapon autonomy Application for Helicopters (WAAH)- Labeled Artificial Intelligence Training Data from the Air to Surface Perspective PSC Code: 1260 NAICS 334511 Issue Date: 30 September 2025 Closing Date: 31 October 2025 3:00 P.M. EDT This RFI is searching for any Automatic Target Recognition (ATR) and Tracking approaches and/or products that would work for Maritime Helicopter Operations. The ideal background for these solutions would be from air to ocean as surface or air to air with sea state as background utilizing different sensor types. Of special interest would be Multiple Object Tracking such as multiple vessels and/or Swarms of Unmanned Systems. Ideally, the solutions would be capable of detection, identification, and maintaining unique track IDs within high clutter backgrounds and obscured conditions such as fog, rain and wind, rotor wash, variety of sea states, etc This is market research In Accordance With (IAW) FAR Part 10 procedures, specifically IAW FAR 10.001(a)(3)(i) and FAR 10.001(a)(3)(ii) for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. Please include an overview of any information about the ability to maintain unique track IDs in difficult and obscured environments. Please include how you think your ATR and Tracking Capabilities are applicable to Maritime Helicopter Operations Please include if you have a labeled training dataset suitable for Maritime Helicopter Operations to use Please include information on any pre-processing of sensor data required by your ATR and Tracking Capabilities, along with any algorithms used for that purpose Please include information on if/how targets and tracking are presented to a supervising human Questions or inquiries should be directed to Devin Wilson, Code 0232, telephone 812-227-9103, e-mail devin.m.wilson15.civ@us.navy.mil .
