This should meet the IRS need for a customized data management, integration, and analysis application able to capture, curate, store, search, share, transfer, and perform data deconfliction. The tool should be able to analyze and visualize large amounts of disparate data, both structured and unstructured, within a single, data agnostic platform. The application must maintain the integrity of the specific IRS business models, workflows, requirements and data management and integrations, to provide a flexible and scalable system that supports continuous monitoring, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Other features include, but are not limited to, the ability to receive search results in seconds, provide strict access controls, audit trails, and file sharing in a secure environment. The Contractor shall provide consistent architecture requirements, compatible with the current equipment, data and user interfaces connecting to the environment. Upon completion of data is integrated, the system should provide user workflows and flexible data modeling capabilities that allow for customized configurations, even after deployment. The application shall be configurable to complex case management workflows, with a granular permissions framework to enable actions and completion of forms and be used as a document repository. Case management workflows may include escalating leads to create cases, scheme specific case workflows, asset/seizure tracking, equipment tracking, and personnel management.
