- This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, has a requirement for Pharmacy Benefit Management Services for the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care Systems, 400 Veterans Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39531. NCO 16 is seeking services as per the statement of work within the solicitation. No proposals or quotes are being requested or accepted with this notice. A solicitation package will be available immediately following this notice in which sources may then provide quotes.
