- DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The contractor will provide all labor, materials, services, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the repair of the gutter system to ensure proper water flow and prevent any potential damage to the building. Place of Performance: USCG Station Cape Disappointment 322 Coast Guard Rd. Ilwaco, WA 98624 Special qualifications: The contractor shall remove the existing gutter system on the Station School House building at USCG Station Cape Disappointment. The contractor shall install a new gutter system, including approximately 750 linear feet of gutters, downspouts, and all necessary hangers and fixtures to ensure proper drainage. The installation must meet current USCG facility standards and local building codes. The contractor shall also inspect and repair any damaged fascia boards or soffits associated with the gutter system to ensure structural integrity and proper function. Refer to the statement of work in part 5 for more on the detailed tasks. Classification: This acquisition is set aside small business. The NAICS code is 238170 Classified as Downspout gutter and gutter guard installation. The contract type will be firm fixed price purchase order. Site Visit: There will be no site visits held for this solicitation. Picture has been provided in attachments. Questions: E-mail all questions regarding to this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Contract Officer Michelle Myhra at Michelle.M.Myhra2@uscg.mil and Ava Stow at Ava.M.Stow@uscg.mil with solicitation number 70Z03325QSEAT0008 in subject line. Questions regarding the statement of work (SOW) will be forwarded to the unit for an accurate response. All responses will be uploaded for an equal and fair solicitation to all interested vendors. No more questions will be answered after 09/25/2025, 12pm (PST). Quote submission: All proposal submissions shall be required to be on SF 1449 with a breakdown of materials and labor. Submit quotes to the following E-mail Address Michelle.M.Myhra2@uscg.mil with solicitation RFQ number 70Z03325QSEAT0008 in the subject line. Date of proposals due on 09/29/2025 at 9am (PST). All offers that are submitted late (by day and time zone) and quotes that do not include a breakdown of cost will not be considered in award determination. Award: It is the government�s intent to select for award to the one responsible quote which proposes a price that is fair and reasonable and provides the best value to the government that meets or exceeds the specifications of the requirement. The contracting officer will evaluate the proposals based on past performance and technical acceptability. Quotes determined to be incomplete, unreasonable, or unrealistic will not be considered for award. Under FAR 4.1103 prospective contractor shall be registered in System Award Management (SAM) prior to award.
