- 9/22/25 Update: The solicitation is amended to extend the Quote due date to 23 September 2025 at 12PM Eastern. 9/18/25 Update: Amended the solicitation document to remove the Required Site Visit section from the Statement of Work. Clarified below in bold under (xv) that Quotes are to be emailed to kurt.allen@tsa.dhs.gov. 9/10/22 Update: Attached the Question and Answer Tracker. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)The solicitation number is 70T05025Q7670N007 and is issued as an request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and its attachments are attached. Please read everything carefully. (iii)A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05. (iv)NAICS code is 339920 and small business size standard is 750 employees. (v)A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure - See attached solicitation documents. (vi)Description of requirements for the items to be acquired - See attached solicitation documents. (vii)Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point - See attached solicitation documents. (viii)The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services does apply. (ix)The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services does not apply. (x)A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services is required - Attached. (xi)The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. (xii)The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition - See attached solicitation documents. (xiii)A statement regarding any additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices - See attached solicitation documents. (xiv)A statement regarding the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating, if applicable - NA. (xv)The date, time and place quotes are due - 23 September 2025 at 12pm Eastern. Quotes are to be emailed to kurt.allen@tsa.dhs.gov. Quotes that are not in compliance with the INSTRUCTIONS contained in Section 5 of the attached solicitation will be removed from award consideration.
