- This is an official Request for Quote (RFQ) Notice (FA462525Q1081). Amendment 01: The reason for this amendment is to include the Q&A listed at the end of this solicitation description. The U.S. Air Force 509th Contracting Squadron at Whiteman AFB is posting this solicitation, Request for Quote (RFQ), for purchase of a Parker Brand or equal Hydraulic Hose Press that meets the specifications of the attached Salient Characteristics dated 12 September 2025. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Bench mounted Parker Hydraulic hose press to be bolted on table near electrical plug. Main purpose is to manufacture replacement unserviceable hydraulic hoses on flightline vehicles and equipment. Rolls of rubber steel braided hydraulic hoses of multiple diameter size, length and PSI rating capabilities. Hydraulic hose fittings of multiple diameter size to match size on rolls of hydraulic hoses. Various angles, sizes and threaded fittings to accommodate various vehicle and equipment manufacture specifications. DELIVERABLES: The contractor shall deliver 8 weeks after receipt of the order. Delivery will be to Whiteman AFB, MO 65305. RESPONSES: Questions are due to both the Contracting Officer: Brittainy Shirley, at brittainy.shirley@us.af.mil and the Contract Specialist: Natanael Valdez, at natanael.valdez@us.af.mil NLT 12:00 PM CDT, Friday, 19 September 2025. Questions received after that time may not be answered. To ensure all questions and responses are received, questions and responses must include the RFQ Number (FA462525Q1081) and title Hydraulic Hose Press in the subject line of the email submission and are to be sent via email to both the Contracting Officer: Brittainy Shirley at brittainy.shirley@us.af.mil and the Contract Specialist: Natanael Valdez at Natanael.valdez@us.af.mil NLT 12:00 PM CDT, Monday, 22 September 2025. SUBMISSION DETAILS: To be considered responsive, you must also include the following: - Must include a quote - Must include details of the warranty offered - Must include the following information in your response. Company name, address, and point of contact, with email address and phone number CAGE Code and/or UEI number Provisions and clauses, in their latest editions, will apply to this acquisition. Notice of additional Q&A: Q:Can the due date be extended past the Monday 9/22/25 due date? A: Not at this time. Please make the most of the allotted time for your proposal. Q: Is there a Small Business size standard that applies to this? A: See NAICS SB Size Standard. Q: Does the pricing have to be returned on your attached .pdf or can we send pricing on our standard quotation form? A: Pricing can be sent on a standard quotation form, as long as it can be easily identified in comparison to requirement. Q. What is the billing address and ship to address. A. The specific address will be provided upon award. Currently use Whiteman AFB, Missouri 65305 for billing and shipping address.
