- SOURCES SOUGHT TITLE: USCGC MAPLE (WLB-207) DOCKSIDE REPAIRS The U.S. Coast Guard is looking for sources which would be interested in performing Dockside repairs for Coast Guard Cutter (CGC) MAPLE (WLB-207). USCGC MAPLE (WLB-207) is a 225-foot Juniper-Class Seagoing Buoy Tender USCGC MAPLE HOMEPORT ADDRESS: 2301 E Fort Macon Road, Atlantic Beach, NC. 28512 ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: February 2, 2026, to April 14, 2026. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Cutter�s homeport; 2301 E Fort Macon Road, Atlantic Beach, NC. 28512 The scope of the acquisition is for the dockside repairs of various work items for the USCGC MAPLE. This work will include, but is not limited to: Fire Prevention Requirements Dockside Thanks, MP Fuel Stowage and Overflow, Clean and Inspect Thanks, MP Fuel Service, Clean and Inspect Thanks, Hydraulic Oil Stowage and Service, Clean and Inspect Thanks, Lube Oil, Clean and Inspect Hydraulically Operated Cargo Hatch, Inspect and Service Main Diesel Engine, MDE, Exhaust Piping, Commercial Clean Ship Service Diesel Generator, SSDG, Exhaust Piping, Commercial Clean Vent Ducts, Engine and Motor Room, All, Commercial Cleaning Vent Ducts, Galley and Pantry Room, All, Commercial Cleaning Vent Ducts, Laundry Exhaust, Commercial Cleaning Vent Ducts, All Other, Commercial Cleaning Potable Water Pneumatic Tanks, Clean and Inspect Compressed Air Receivers and System Valves, All, Clean, Inspect, Hydro and Lift Hull Fittings (Weight Handling Rigging Hardware), Inspect and Test Hydraulic Chain Stoppers, Inspect and Service Crossdeck Winches, Inspect and Service Hydraulic Inhaul Winch, Inspect and Service Mechanical Chain Stoppers, Inspect and Service Single Point Davit, Inspect and Service Welin Lambie Dual Point Davit TWPIV 5.0B, Inspect, Test, and Overhaul Buoy Crane, Appleton EB600-60-40, Inspect and Service Grey Water Holding Tanks, Clean and Inspect Sewage Holding Tanks, Clean and Inspect Tanks (Sewage Holding), Preserve, 100 percent Pilot House Window Renew Handrail Stanchion Renew Non-Buoy Weather Deck LED Flood Lights, Replace Compartment Decks, Preserve Watertight Deck Penetrations, Renew External Deck Drain, Renew Vent Closures, Renew Weather Deck Kick pipes, Renew Vent Screens and Louvers, Renew Steering Gear Heat Exchanger, Piping Insulation, Renew Fuel Oil Tank Level Sensors, Replace Compartment Insulation Renew Deck Covering (Interior Dry/Carpet), Renew Aft Capstan Control Stand Foundation Repair Buoy Deck Control Booth Plating Repair Bouy Port Fairing Repair Companies which would be interested in submitting a proposal for this requirement should reply to this source sought notice noting their business size status such as large business, small business, HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-owned, Women Owned Small Business etc. Contractors are reminded that in the case of a HUBZone set-aside, FAR 52.219-3, �Notice of HUBZone Set-Aside or Sole Source Award� would apply which requires that at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance be spent for employees of the concern or employees of other HUBZone small businesses.
